Very boring coin I know but this one had an interesting look so I picked it up out of the bargain bin. Pretty sure it is uncirculated. Has a very matte look about it. Color is very grey and flat. Still has full luster. Is it altered? Grade?

Color is grey and flat? so how can that be luster? Date doesn't look right! 3 ? Let others chime in!

Boring? Why boring? It looks like a nice coin. I'm not a grader, so I can't tell if it's been altered. I can guess at the grade. The fields look pretty good. It's not a Full Split Band. Nice strong strike. Little wear. A solid MS63? Choice uncirculated for sure.

The color and look of the coin. It is a gray and looks very matte in hand. Never seen a merc look like that before. It's hard to show in pictures. Thanks for the feedback everyone. If I ever get this coin photography thing down, i'll update the pics.
