How many pennies are you talking about? Have you searched them for errors/varieties? Remember once you dump them they are gone.

I would search for errors, clips,blanks and anything clean and dump the rest for now. Unless you need the money, face value penny collecting doesn't cost a lot.

I also believe that 2003-2006 "p" coins were all lower mintage - but I'm going completely off memory here...

First off, Welcome to best coin forum around!
That is a lot of pennies! If you wait until you have enough posts on the forum, you would probably have no trouble getting rid of them here. Even if they were already searched by 20 collectors, and had nothing special left, someone might be interested. I've seen pennies used to make table tops, back splashes, even floors etc.
