MS64. I think the lighting is not good in the photo. it could go MS65 but have to go with what you are showing us.

How deep and noticeable are the dings in the cheek and neck when seen in hand? Are the real or camera exaggerations?

With that noise in the left obverse field I think it is at 64.

I think the obverse chatter keeps this to a 63. I wouldn't drop 64 money, and I have a thing for the 82s.
