The doubling looks like Die Deterioration.

The cracks are just damage.

I can't tell what the chips are they could be damage or chips, hard to tell with the glare in that image.

lots of stuff happening, but it appears to be from dies that are going to heaven soon.

I wasn't sure but can concede the doubling is Strike Doubling.

However, the 2 lines near Jersey are not incuse they are raised which would indicate to me they are die chips or cracks or something else.

Also the lower mintmark appears to be clearly rounded, raised and slightly protruding from the top mintmark.

The raised diamond between the "u" and "m" in unum is not incuse and does not appear to be damage"

This coin is new and pretty clean.
