I found this in a storage unit and was curious if it was authentic?

Sorry to say: no. It's a copy of a silver tetradrachm of Antimachos I of Baktria.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but no the coin isn't real. The coin purports to be tetradrachm of Antimachos of the Baktrian kingdom. The real coins are silver and are made much better than yours which is cast.
