Poor man's DDO? It may be an RIDB, but I'll have to look.

Edit: I don't see it listed. Still a cool find either way!

Yep on the poor mans. I looked at some of the RIDB's, and they look similar but I'm not studied enough on those to know what constitutes one, as in, does it have to be a continual line around the break.
