Maybe there is hope for me yet !
Perhaps the bank I went to didn't have any 3 Dollar bills at the time, but I wasn't really sure.

About A year ago, I went to my local bank, hoping the change my Twenty One Dollar Bill for smaller face value notes.
The bank teller just looked at me wryly, and asked:
- "How would you like that note changed - seven threes or three sevens?"

Nothing, they were rather commonplace before 1862. I just bought a genuine one from Georgia in Heritage's currency auction Tuesday night.
