I admit I vaguely remember President Reagan and the jelly beans. I never saw the President Bush and broccoli situation though. Funny how people would donate it after his saying he didn't like it.
As to the girl, I thought gymnast on a balance beam!
The pineapple, I agree. But also have to admit my first thoughts were of a spider with its sac of eggs!

Finally found a vintage Littleton Coin Catalog. This one is labeled Catalog Number 8. Judging by the dates on the advertised coins this was put out in 1967 or 1968. Here is the cover page and the page advertising the counter stamped LMCs. If anyone would like me to post other sections of the catalog just let me know. There is a large selection of books. Foreign coins, Loupes and magnifying glasses, Coin holders and Confederate currency. All with pricing from 1967.

Yes, and it does not zoom to a larger size. Is it possible to upload a larger page? Cool find!

Thanks oldno7!
I'll have to look into why the front page is blank later when I have more than just my phone at my disposal.

Well, it's to late to change the previous post with the catalog page missing. I'll see if I can rectify it soon in a future post. A covered wagon...

Cool Jtc. I always wonder the story behind the coins counter stamped with numbers like that. Was it a kid who found his grandpa's stamps? .was 44 someone's sports jersey number?.or in this case maybe they were just really excited that it was 1944!
