I've seen this design of a cross in a crown in a regular counter stamp before but never in repousse. Must admit that it looks kind of cool. Found this definition of the symbol: The Crown and the Cross is a logo of the Knights Templar within the York Rite Appendage body. The Crown and the Cross is also a popular symbol in Christianity.
