Someone who was very ingenious decided to add to the popular 50 State counter stamp LMC sets with this LSC stamped Puerto Rico. I expect to see stamps in the near future of the other U.S. Territories. . .

Not venting really...just missing when "new design" was something really special like the excitement we all had with the Bicentennials releases. Maybe its b/c I was a lot younger then, but it really was an exciting thing that still brings some good memories. Even non coin collectors were buzzing about finding them.

I still remember also opening up the three piece Bicentennial proof sets for the first time. I think it was the uniqueness of seeing an actual different and special design that impacted upon me the opinion those sets were the most beautiful coins I had ever seen.

I found a couple of these roll hunting some years ago and posted them - I thought I once did in this thread? But I like the card and the couple sold as a set.

I was a kid in the 60s and remember how popular these parallels were back then.
