Yes. Made by Littleton. They sold (as far as I've found) the one you have was offered as an individual. And from the number of them I see they sold a lot of them.
The others were parts of sets. I've seen a 4 cent set for the first four missions, a six set set and a pretty rare 7 cent set. If you look at like the second page of this thread I believe all 7 are there and zoomed in on.

Found this one really interesting. It's a 1944 LWC with the reverse counter stamped with the Masonic Emblem. I think that the reverse was first stamped then the indentation was filled with solder or lead, then lastly the reverse was sanded down leaving a flat finished surface.

Neat overstrike LMC to what appears to be a Pirate's booty token....   EDIT: I know that the "token" is a child's plaything but does anyone know if the lions? or the other symbols have any historical basis or meaning?
