A few I have already shared but this is a comprehensive look at all of the different styles I presently have in my collection. My initial intention was to type up a paragraph or so about The Shriner's. The more I read the more confused I got. They are associated with the Masons and shrouded in secrecy. I found articles applauding their philanthropic endeavors with the network of Shriner's hospitals. As well as articles from past members saying there is some sort of hidden agenda. I don't know. If you're interested Google "Shriners facts" and you'll see what I ran into. Regardless please enjoy the variety of counterstamps I have accumulated over the years. I noticed when I mailed out the ones to you that the Shriners that I have posted a couple of pages is actually not a counterstamp but is engraved. chafemasterj Pillar of the Community United States 6514 Posts	Posted 01/25/2019 08:15 am a 196X Canadian Small Cent with Masonic counterstamp. Date is smashed on the reverse from the counterstamp. This is one of two that I've found. It would appear that counterstamping was and is more of a U.S. thing. Hard to find Canadian coins that I feel were stamped around the date on the coin. I see a slew of older coins with new stamps on them.
