2015 P Roosevelt Dime VLDS With X'd Out Mint Mark?

OK first, I apologize for the quality of pictures. I lost my one camera and had to really manipulate these pics to get the details to come out.

I don't have any full or flat pics of the obverse, and, have none of the reverse, but, I've been meaning to post these for awhile just to see what you all think.

You can very plainly see (with coin in hand) what looks like a strong X over (or almost over) the P mint mark. The depth is consistent as are the length of the marks. It truly looks like a full X.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I've researched it, but, came up with nothing.

I can't tell from that photo but I'd guess die chips.
