I am new to coin collecting and am trying to grade a 1922 penny (No D) with a strong reverse. Since the Obverse is very weak on these coins are they graded based on the Reverse?
My thought is that none of these could grade above a VG or F based on the obverse since it's very weak on thse coins. The reverse however being so strong seems like it would make more sense.
