just like to know if the 2 raised dots next to and above the "p" are Cuds and if not what are they .

Cuds are associated with die breaks around the rim or an inside die break(big crack). These are called "Die dots" a poking of some piece of machine or debris has damaged the die. Not a die chip, for that is when a piece breaks off, usually around a device.

yeah I do have a couple of pics of the coin but they are not very good and niether is the coin for that matter , I just was curious about the raised dots .
