1969 S Lincoln Cent Has Doubling On The Date

This 1969 S penny may not be the famous double die but there is doubling on the 1 the 9 and the 6. The reverse has the same characteristic as the famous one on the reverse. At the top of the Lincoln memorial missing is the side walls at the rooftop.

Looks like MD as it is shelf like and reduces the devices and the Mintmark is effected

Gosh, I've tried to orient them correctly but I'm using an iPhone and on my phone it's right but on the site they are sideways. My sincerest apologies!

Do not beat yourself up too much. iPhone images always get messed up here.

I think it is because the iOS creates all image files in landscape orientation and uses metadata stored in that file to tell the device what orientation to use for display (portrait versus landscape).
