Looks like it could be a doubled die with MD if you look at top of 7 and 9 you see the doubling then on top of that and the mm you see shelf like that looks like MD but I could be wrong

I wondered if the 7 had a more pronounced bar...

The 0 fits, the S fits, there are scratches and die gouge on reverse (to me)...I could be and have been wrong

After I do my attempt at a comparison, I have to ask someone who has a more practiced eye than I do.
