Thailand, 5 Baht. If my memory on the exchange rates is still accurate, I think it's worth about 25 cents

It's ALWAYS Thai. I swear, both here and , over 50% of the time when someday says "I have no idea what it is", it's a Thai coin.

They do seem to be a common one for people to get stuck with, but when the majority of people can't read the legends or date it's a hard one to find. For me, the obverse is instantly recognisable.

It is really difficult. Have a few different coins and this one is the hardest to find the information.
