RPM for sure It looks like Md on the date. There is wavy lines on Lincolns"s face which I've never seen before. The reverse is doubled everywhere and it looks like the doubling has removed the copper plating. Report this Post to the Staff

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74758 Posts	Posted 12/28/2017 6:26 pm The U.S Mint stopped punching the mintmark by hand since 1990. The mintmarks are now engraved into the design on the die. So a RPM on a coin from 1990 or newer is 100% impossible But will wait for the picture for determining the final verdict.
