vf-35 would be my guess from the blurry pics. Toning isn't dark enough for the grade. Probably cleaned with damage on the obverse shield. Post pics when you get it.

Appears to show mechanical (hand) cleaning. If that's the reason the photos are terrible I hope you have return privileges.
