I hope you realize it's going to be hard to judge surface quality and accurately grade this coin with those pics but I'll take a stab. VF-35 cleaned.

Weak strike? Or, are the photos fuzzy.

Perhaps my eyes..

I will say VF35 too.. possibly 40 with a weak strike.

Ok definitely cleaned and probably repaired. There's something going on in the right obverse field and it isn't good.
