With toning like this, it's nearly impossible to grade accurately. In hand inspection is need. I don't think NGC would give it an AT designation. No signs of rub. The toning hides bag marks so I will say 64

the only think I can say about this one is that the eye appeal is way down on the scale. I would guess its MS but who knows

I had a Morgan with similar diffusely mottled orangish toning that came back as questionable color—I think from PCGS. Agree it's tough to see through the toning to grade.
