Those are two decent examples of CC Morgans. There's nothing really distracting on them, but on the flip-side, there's nothing outstanding about them either. I do notice some die clashes on the '82 that make it interesting. Notice on Liberty's neck and towards the bottom of the phygian cap on the obverse and on both sides of the wreath on the reverse. I would say they are both MS63. I highlighted the die clashes on the 82.

The Carson City dollars that really get collector interest are DMPL examples. I had (past tense) an 82CC that you could read standard newsprint at 12 inches.

Thanks very much for the info. I'm not much into Morgan's, but really wanted a couple of the GSA CC's for the collection. I got them both for a good price so I'm happy.

While the grade may not be the highest (I'd guess around ms63), they are both wonderful examples of original, thick skinned coins! I like 'em!
