Not sure about this bar net to the "D" mm, maybe remnants of a previous "D"? It is not incuse but raised. Then I noticed on the reverse the "T" in CENT had a straight line down the right edge of the serif. Thoughts?
Die gouge and die scratch on reverse. Remember the flat "fields" on the coin relate to the actual face of a die. The die face has been scratched or hit.
A clash would not be in that exact area. More to the left of that location: But check to see if it is raised or flat on the field. It might be a pencil mark? Or something on the coin? Or even a die scratch on that area?
