1991-D Lincoln Cent Numerous? Errors

Happy New Year!! I had to take an quick day trip to Wisconsin the other day and I found two nice cents that I need some help with....Here is the first with numerous errors (I believe), let me know what you think! **It is also a reverse die error** The reverse is tilted to the 2 o'clock position! YAY!

**I don't know why or what it is called on the striking of the coin, because the rim is very flat and large and the coin itself is deep.

Obverse:
Light doubling on 1991 and mm

Reverse:
1. We have doubling on motto, top of memorial, left side of memorial and possible doubling on O in One and E in CENT

That is called Disturbed Plate doubling or in the case of the date is Die Deterioration Doubling which shifts the image towards the outside. If you haven't checked out the Vol. 1 of Coin IDing for Dummies in the link listed below, I gare-own-tee you will begin to understand what is and isn't hub doubling.
