It definitely looks like it is from Nepal, and at 30 millimetres, it would be a 5 paisa coin. For some reason, the date on this one looks quite hard to read. The first two digits have to be 19, and the last looks like a 3; that narrows it down to 1983. And 1983 in the Vikram Samvat calendar would be around 1926 in the Gregorian calendar.
