THIS COIN IS NOW LISTED ON COPPERCOINS.COM GO TO http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=eds
FIRST TIME FOR ME.

I found this one today, and if you read my other posting about the 2008-D question, my obverse is the same as that coin, but this is a different coin from the same roll. Is this the first one posted on here for the 2008?

I like it for a minor DDO. It may be the first reported here, but I have a few of them that I pulled from rolls.

Thanks,

Nice "extra" column. Coppercoins may add that one to their files since I believe it meets their criteria.

I contacted Bob at Coppercoins.com and I am sending the coin to him, so he can post it on their site. Pretty cool.

I have a question. I don't collect this series so this is why I am asking. Is it right next to Abe that you are referring to? If it is them to me it looks like a part of the die broke off. Why is this called Doubled die? Would you not see more doubling up and down the length of the column? Just trying to understand.

I'm agreeing with your observation Mike. I'm curious on an answer as well.

Congrats, Wrongalot! One day, I hope to make it on coppercoins. I did make it on Coneca's Variety Vista, though. It's a great feeling!

By the way, I didn't know that you were a female!
