It's a billon antoninianus (double-denarius) of Otacilia Severa, wife of emperor Philip I "The Arab", who reigned 244-249. Reverse is Concordia seated. It's on the scarcer side of common, but not rare by a long shot. With the environmental damage, I'd reckon it at ~$15. Report this Post to the Staff
