Correct on at least the clash; you can also see obverse clash marks just to the left of the I, on the hairline. This is a pretty heavy clash for a modern issue. The laser sharpness of the reverse strike allows us to infer that strike pressure was extremely high, which might explain the strength of the clash. I think the line from L to bust is more likely a clash mark than a die crack.
