Looks somewhere late in the VAM-5 progression, but the die crack development doesn't seem to fit properly and the break at the back of the cap doesn't seem to be present. Interesting.

Agree, the die cracks seem to match VAM-5D die state without the die crack on the cap. Could be the lighting playing tricks masking the cap crack?
