A split die is definitely more interesting than a simple, run of the mill die crack. I wouldn't pay that much for it, though. I was actually hoping it was less so I could snag it. However, I'm not convinced it actually is a split die. There's a thing called Bilateral, Radial, Antipodal Die Cracks in which the two cracks do not actually connect in the center. I don't see the connection in the pics. It could also be a bisecting rim-to-rim die crack. Apparently, it must be greater than 0.5mm in width to be considered a split die (how that's actually calculated, I have no idea).  In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020

 with you as there's obviously no connection between the 2 Die Cracks, but were getting very close to rim to rim. A couple of strikes later and it turned into one. I have heard of those terms for the different types of Die Cracks actually, but need to do more research on that subject.  Errers and Varietys.

Cookiemonster, is there bid shilling going on? That sounds very fishy to me. Bid shilling is illegal and against ebay's policy. Errers and Varietys.
