SBA? Susie B's? Coin has too much detail to be on lighter weight like that, would never have filled out to the collar.

Guess it's possible, but...

Need better pix, too blurry, full size, edge shots. How thick, normal? 12.5 is normal so that is under weight.

a SBA coin weighed 8.1 grams, and a normal Kennedy Clad half should weigh 11.3 grams. May be a combination of cleaning and a planchet being light but within tolerance.

If a Kennedy blank was punched from SBA stock it would be thinner, but still the same diameter as a normal Kennedy and weigh more than the SBA. Perhaps more than 9 grams, but not over 10 as this one is. I think it is in tolerance.
