hello. I have just found the one you have on the bottom, the 1000, one. Are they worth anything and can you get them exchanged?

In Italy you would get 52 cent from the central bank. But only for the Maria Montessori note - that one can still be redeemed, until the end of Feb 2012. The Marco Polo note is from an earlier series; the redemption period for that one ended in 2005.
