1983-P LMC Consistent "Of" Spike On Reverse

I posted a pic of this when I first discovered it and the thoughts were linear plate bubble (pressed with toothpick no change), then feeder finger mark, etc...nothing definitive.

So this is the 4th 1983-P I've found with the exact "spike" from the "o" in "oF" and going into the "s" in "Pluribus". Die Crack?
