1970-D LMC "D" East Of D Mintmark

This is a floating roof bu in addition I believe I can see a "D" east of the "D" mint mark and the "7" may have something going on too. Thoughts?

Analysis:

RED= Die Attrition, edge of device chipping
YELLOW= Damage with direction of piled up metal
GREEN= Die Deterioration Doubling(attrition) which is always toward the outside because of metal flow
