I got this Jefferson nickel today at my local store and it looks like its double stamped on the front and back. I'm not sure if it is or if its just md. You can see it on the m,n,and o in monticello and the s in cents and on the front you can see it on the date alittle bit in the word liberty.

Pictures are a bit fuzzy, but it looks like MD to me.

I can see the MD ( Machine Doubling) on the letters. No premium for this. Worth face value, but you can save it if you like.
