Looks like the mintmark took a hit PMD (Post Mint Damage). You can see the displaced metal from the hit and it has moved. Worth face value.

Until you have 50 posts no personal questions. Depend on what your question is. Error coins, newer or older, world coins, ancients...many forums. Find one and if its wrong, the mods can move it for better viewing by those who know.
