I know the usual suspects, over-polished and die wear. That may be the case, but somehow this one looks different to me. I'd appreciate your opinions.

But don't forget, that this was the last year for this master hub. The master hub was used for many years. Because it was spreading outwards, the master hub had a new one created in 1969. When looking at the two years of cents you can see the differences.

Gotcha Coop. So it's a worn die (master hub). Thanks everyone for looking, I should have explained I was concerned about the "doubling" at the chin and coat.
