Nearly impossible to determine surface quality with those pics but for $10 who cares. Also tough to grade but I'll guess vg10.

Just a hint - you have to watch those black toned Large cents as "Nic-A-Tone" turns them black!

No way to grade from these photos but the coin does look like it might have environmental damage.
