Looks like it was Struck Through thread possibly, but I'm not 100 percent sure if it was Struck Through. This is a weird one and interesting too.

A strike through would produce a recessed line in the coin. That appears to stand above the coin surface, so maybe a scratch or die crack

That's pretty cool that it's a Die Crack. I have never seen a Die Crack like that before. You can label the coin flip "Unicorn Die Crack".
