Happened across this today in a bin of older, mixed world coins, and recognized it immediately as a Chihuahua state issue. While its condition is way down at the lower end of the scale, I snagged it up anyway on the basis that you just don't see this sort of material much anymore. The denomination is a mere ¼ real, and the heavy circulation it's seen makes it difficult to tell if it's actually an 1865 or an overstamped 1865/1. The tilt of the "5" makes me suspect the latter.
