With over 54 million struck at Milan for this year, these are quite common. In fact, this specimen was found today in an envelope with four others just like it, except that they were heavily worn, as is typically the case. While this one's certainly circulated, it's still a bit unusual to find this issue in quite this nice shape.

Not a hint of cleaning or dipping which in itself is unusual.

I'd go VF+ at a minimum but I think it is an EF.

As far as I know these centessimi are all common with high mintage numbers. Yours are in much better shape for sure. For comparison purposes, here are mine;

All three of tours are in much better shape than what you'll typically find. The 10 centsimi in particular are without a doubt superior to mine and nothing for which to be apologetic. I'd call that duo at AU as a floor.
