1948 Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC Bad Alloy Mix And?

And has raised small striation lines on the reverse I've never seen before. Or is this all a bunch of bunk and just a spender? Report this Post to the Staff

The color of the coin looks very off and I am not sure what could cause it to look this way. It's pretty aggravating when not even one person replies and your thread gets blown in the dust unanswered. I feel like your thread got ignored. Errers and Varietys. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 01/11/2018 3:27 pm Looks like it was abused. If it were just on the fields, I would think die scratches. But this is also seen on the tops of the devices. So perhaps a rotary brush was used on this coin. Report this Post to the Staff
