This thing is shiny and the reeding is sharp as heck like my early proofs but the flames are doubled is it a DDR?

That's a tough one, the pictures are just a little bit too fuzzy for me to see it.

The band near the bottom of the torch doesn't seem to quite reach the left side of the torch. Is that the way it appears in hand? It also appears to be short on the columns in the torch.

Sorry light did that told you this thing is shinier then my uncirculated 2017s and my 68s proof it grabbed that light good when I put the kids down for bed I will post all new pics
