How bout a full picture of both obverse and reverse? Proof and newer nickels are common to have full steps like your picture.

I would say ... yes. That is an image that would probably grade Full steps. The only maybe would be there in the center near the bottom but it probably would pass. I too am interested in the actual nickel, date and mint. I suspect it is of recent years.
