Hi, found this nickel with a "wire" through the last 0. The "wire" is raised. Can you tell me if this is a strike through error or not?

Not a strike through.
A strike through would not be raised
it would be incuse.
Looks like a scratch/gouge with the raised
part being the displaced metal.
