I'd call it an AU-53 to AU-55.

Can I ask from what wear? Cause the top curl that always wears first looks complete to me. Am I missing something?

Grading in hand is always better than grading by photographs, which of course is what I am going by. For an UNC designation, I like to see a bit more detail in the wing tips and the eagle's lower chest feathers. Take a look at PCGS Photograde and see what they qualify as UNC.

I noticed the chest plate was a little weak, but it doesn't look worn to.

Awfully close, but I'll say AU-58.

I tell you it's pretty darn close . I'll give it AU-58+ . Wing tips and breast feathers could have been more defined .

I would say the AU55 to 58 area as well. Just doesn't look like it has a ton of luster.

Do you have any angled pictures of the coin, by chance?

I'm not seeing wear on the high points of the hair curl or the breast. It looks like cartwheel luster, if so, MS-63 or 64.
