40 but I wouldn't be surprise to see it in a details holder. It has some borderline scratches, rim issues and possibly graffiti on the obverse. That or they give it a straight grade but drop it a grade or two.

ANACS had this one at 45 details scratched. Its a weak strike...i think the scratch is borderline market acceptable. Anyway I feel this was $60 well spent
