#1 - I know I am looking too close but I was inspecting the designer's initials and this caught my up further up. :)
#2 the obverse date should be here if a clash...is it an imprint or just PMD?

If it is raised, it has to be a flaw in the face of the die. That would mean a die gouge if not a match for an unremoved die clash. If incused, it is a scratch.

Microscopic problems, such as polished die lines, tiny chips, short die cracks and minuscule Cuds give the coin no additional value.

For every minute you spend looking at such minutiae it is another minute you could better have used for finding errors of consequence.

If you zoom in close enough every coin will have some flaw.

Small die crack or a die break depression. Not worth anything.

I can't tell what that is exactly, but I agree that it's not really worth the time and effort to find out. At that magnification, it could be effects from die wear.
