Looking on NGC's website, I cannot seem to find a reference to this coin; however, if you do some scrolling down on this site, you can find some examples with the dates split in half by the eagle. Canadian coins Valued Member Canada 142 Posts	Posted 01/19/2018 3:51 pm The pictures of your coin reminded me of the 1916 50 penniä (picture#1). The date isn't split but your coin could be an earlier design. The crown reminds me of the crown on the 1894 20 centessimi Regno D'Italia, but isn't an exact match. I'm not even close to being an expert on coin identification but the pictures reminded me of these ones I have and it may help to identify the country of origin. #1 1916 50 penniä.
